Cakespiration

My daughter's 6th Birthday Party is coming up and I need some inspiration. Every year I try to make her a cake that she'll love. She's such a girly-girl and loves anything pink.

For her 2nd Birthday

For her 3rd Birthday

For her 4th Birthday
For her 5th Birthday
For her 6th Birthday?

This year I am wrecking my brain and cannot come up with any ideas. The party is on Saturday so I need your help. Give me some cakespiration!

You will really have to out do your past impressions...which were fabulous!

What about a pretty pastel cupcake tree? With foil papers? Would look stunning. Or, recently I saw a blogger whose friend handmade all of the cupcake picks (seahorses) for the "Under the Sea" theme....I guess that would be for "The Little Mermaid".

This post of yours caught my eye because I am planning my Dear Bebe's first party. We're just doing the "1" theme with ELMO. Boring? We'll see!

Maybe flowers and dots? I am not sure what she likes. But I love dots and flowers.

I LOVE that strawberry cake- I have never seen that before- so beautiful.

By the way, I am a quarter Norwegian so I am now just loving that you are there. I am also a quarter Swede, but dont' hold it against me.

Thanks so much for your support during the fires here. It meant a lot to me.

Here are a few links to cute ideas. These are cake pans, but I bet you could re-create it without. Let us know what you come up with! http://bit.ly/8meqI http://bit.ly/ApwtP

WOW! You are an amazing baker and an amazing MOM!!!! Your daughter is very lucky to be so loved. Since I'm getting here so late (It's already Friday) I'm guessing you've figured out what you'll make. I can't wait to see the pictures!!!!!

Have a fabulous birthday and a wonderful time making the cake.

Happy Pink Saturday Dreamgirl. Throw her a tea party birthday. You could serve cupcakes, finger sandwiches and tea. Allow each girl to take her little tea cup home as a momento of this special party. Ask the girls to dress up, and wear a hat if they have one. You can pick up some beautiful little tea cups and saucers for next to nothing at the second hand store. She's a girly girl, she'll love it. Thanks for sharing. You have done an awesome job with your cakes. Keep us posted. Stop by and say hi. I would so love to have you visit. Country hugs, Sherry

Whatever you did, I'm sure it was GORGEOUS! I look forward to the pics.

LOVED the Barbie cake--it put MINE to shame. Good thing Kendall knows she was lucky to get a homemade cake at all, though :)
